My husband and I went to Gavigan's in Westminster, Maryland. We were looking for two oversized recliners. Melanie was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and answered our questions. We walked out of there with confidence that we had purchased two awesome recliners. Highly recommend that whatever you are looking for, you should definitely ask for Melanie when you walk into the store.

We had a very good experience here. There is a great deal of inventory to choose from. Our salesperson, Christina, was knowledgeable and helpful (and not at all pushy). We chose a special order style (3 pieces in total) which took about three months to be delivered (but this was still during all the supply chain woes). Delivery team was very professional.

Recently went to the Westminster store looking for a reclining loveseat. Ryan was a delightful and knowledgeable salesperson who helped me make my choice. I had previously been at another store and the salesperson did not compare to Ryan. The experience was great due to Ryan’s help. He is such a laidback, knowledgeable and genuine person! Kudos

Ryan was great! We had a very specific space along with specific measurements for a sofa in our new room and he worked very hard to satisfy those requirements. He knows his inventory, which was impressive and extremely helpful in finding the sofa/chaise/recliner that we purchased. An additional plus was being able to chose the fabric for the sofa and the pillows. Thank you, Ryan!!
